                                In addition to the members of the board, we have two members from amongst the faculty of our college.

                             Board Meetings and meetings of the Academic Advisory Body are usually held at least twice in the year.

Almost 3 to 4 meetings in a semester (i.e six months) are being held with the faculty and 2 to 3 with the class representatives (students) inviting suggestions for improvement and to find out problems, deficiencies, weakness in teaching as well as in administration or implementation.

We have put a suggestion box outside the library and requested the students, faculty and staff to put slips mentioning their Grievances, Problems, Dissatisfaction of any kind without disclosing their identity.

Grievances Redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
        
The chairman, secretary, Dy. Director and the Principal, in a meeting once a week discuss the grievances & problems and solve them amicably.

LIST OF APPLICANTS
          It is mandatory for all candidates to appear in the Entrance Test organized by the state level agency (any university of the state) . the same agency performs the entire process of admission at state level counseling and allows the students to join the institute of their choice. So no application is received by us except management quota fixed by the state. Under management quota the students are given admission purely on the basis of procedure set by the Government.

·         Composition of selection team for admission under Management quota with the
             brief profiles of members.

·         Score of the individual candidates admitted arranged in order of merit.

·         List of candidates who have been offered admission.

·         Waiting list of candidates in order of merit to be operative from the last date of
             joining of the first list candidates.

·         List of the candidates who have joined within the date, vacancy position in each
             category before operation of waiting list.
                 
Management Quota seats are filled in the order of preference
                    i)  Merit in PAM-CAT
                    ii) Merit in All India Test
                    iii) %age in Graduation
                    Therefore No Selection Team in required for the purpose.
                   Six students have been admitted in the management quota seats.
